Junet Mohamed, Member of Parliament for Suna East Constituency, has reaffirmed his unwavering support for the Broad-Based Government and ODM Party Leader, Dr. Oburu Odinga, during the finals of the 2025 Junet Mohamed Sports Tournament in Suna East.
Speaking to sportsmen, sportswomen, and constituents, Junet expressed excitement for next year’s tournament, which will be hosted at the upgraded Migori Stadium. “We look forward to next year’s tournament in our grand new stadium currently under uplift,” he said.
Junet also thanked President William Ruto, ODM leaders including Dr. Oburu Odinga and Abdulswamad Sharrif Nassir, as well as regional leaders and county officials, for attending the tournament and supporting young, upcoming talents.
The event highlighted local youth engagement through sports while reinforcing Junet’s commitment to political and community development in Migori.
